You, the client, also comprehends and concur that these services may include advertisements and sponsorships and that these are necessary for Excel Debt Relief to provide any or all of its services. You also comprehend and agree that Excel Debt Relief makes no submission about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, accuracy of the information, products, services and related graphics contained within its network of websites for any purpose. The Excel Debt Relief Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between the client and Excel Debt Relief and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE Excel Debt Relief Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer and applicable terms of the Retainer Agreement.

Modification of These Terms of Use
Excel Debt Relief reserves the right to change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which any services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions, including changes / modifications if any incorporated by us from time to time. Your continued use of Excel Debt Relief services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Modification to Services

The client agrees that Excel Debt Relief shall not be liable to the client or any third party for any modification or discontinuance any of theses services.

User Conduct
As a condition of your use of Excel Debt Relief services you, the client, agree to provide: (a) true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as required by Excel Debt Relief services registration form (such data being the "Registration Information, and Retainer Agreement") (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Excel Debt Relief has the right to terminate the user account and refuse any and all current or future use of Excel Debt Relief services. (c) Excel Debt Relief; the right to use / disclose the aggregate registration information to third parties in connection with marketing of services, subject to the privacy policy. You have also consented Excel Debt Relief the right to use your registration information to provide targeting of advertising and other service offers. Usage Obligations

(j) Advertise, promote or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose unless Excel Debt Relief services specifically allows such messages or transactions. (k) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion, use or access of Excel Debt Relief services. (l) Violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or any other law, (m) Conduct any activity that would aid or assist terrorism or related activity or would endanger U.S. military personnel.

Excel Debt Relief has no obligation to observe and monitor its services. However, Excel Debt Relief reserves the right to review materials posted and to remove any materials. Excel Debt Relief also reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of services, at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Excel Debt Relief reserves the right subject to attorney-client privilege to the extent applicable and to the extent the same is not waived through these provisions, at all times to divulge any information as it considers necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part. These would be more applicable to the publicly accessible areas of Excel Debt Relief services that are intended to be available to the general public.
